Stuck on something? Feeling off? Someone up your nose? You can change all of these things if you'd like. It's just a choice. Sometimes the issue is not what you think it is. For example, your mum always offers you a slice of cake when you come around to visit, even though you have told her 1000 times you don't eat cake. And what happens? You get cranky and have a miserable time. Is the issue that you don't like a) your mum, b) cake, or c) people not remembering what you said? How often do you get stuck on something and can't clear it, because you're not actually clear on what's sticking you? You get distracted by something that appears to be the issue, but actually isn't. So to clear an issue, first clarify it by asking “What is this?”
