If everything is just an interesting point of view – including other people's opinions – how do you know who and what will be the greatest contribution to your life and living? First, ask a question, any question (choose from this book) then pay attention to what shows up and how you feel. Do you feel heavy? Do you feel light? If you feel light, it's right FOR YOU. If you feel heavy it's a lie FOR YOU. You know that clunky feeling you get when you just know something's not quite right? Listen to your senses and follow the lightness, even though it may not make logical sense at the time. How often have you said “I just KNEW it felt a bit off, even though I couldn't figure out why”? And remember, just because something is light for you, it may not be light for the person standing next to you. Who's life are you living anyway? Yours or theirs?

I've had light moments. Sometimes I would think something was heavy before doing it and then discovered only after doing something heavy that I felt lighter afterwards. Sometimes I would convince myself that something heavy was light because I thought it should be light. Is that denial or seeing more clearly?

How does something feel when you tap into its energy: light or heavy. This is less about 'thinking' and completely about the energetic sense you have of something. If you find yourself thinking, ask a question. THEN, even if something doesn't work out the way you thought it would/should/could (ie it turned out heavy when you thought it would be light) ask "what's right about this that I'm not getting". http://www.thequestionshop.net/1/post/2012/04/whats-right-about-this-that-im-not-getting.html Play with that lot.

For me, to put it simply, when something feels light it just feels good and I don't think about it. When something feels heavy I would continue to mentally play it over and over and then not be able to focus on anything else with full attention. With feeling light I can maintain that good feeling and also be able to focus on other things more fully. It's as if my heavy feeling pulls all my focus towards that one thing that feels heavy, and blocking my focus from other things. With light feeling it's the opposite, I feel as if I want to put more energy outward and can focus on other things, people, events and feel other things around me.
