Do you enjoy your body and do fun things with it? Like skip and run and jump and dance and play? Or have you been trying to make your body do things you've decided are 'healthy'? Is that fun? How does your body take it? What if you asked your body what IT enjoyed and followed it's lead? Remember when you were five? Like that. So ask “Body, what would be fun for you?” Exercise might become a whole lot easier.
