Stuck on something? Feeling off? Someone up your nose? You can change all of these things if you'd like. It's just a choice. If you're having trouble clearing something out of your system, it might be that the issue is not what you think it is. For example, your mum always offers you a slice of cake when you come around to visit, even though you have told her 1000 times you don't eat cake. And what happens? You get cranky, feel bad, and have a miserable time. Is the issue that you don't like a) your mum, b) cake, c) people not remembering what you said, or d) you having buttons that are easily pushed? How often do you get stuck on something and can't clear it, because you're distracted by what appears to be the issue, but isn't? So next time, frst clarify exactly what that something is by asking “What is this?” This will make sure the next questions you ask will be targeting the right thing!
